An avid golfer and tech lover, I have been blogging on and off for several years now. Nothing makes me happier than being on the golf course with my Dad and a couple of friends, ribbing one another, and of course chalking up a win at the end of the day. Although I used to go to the course with Dad and Mom as a kid, Dad officially introduced me to the game at the age of 14, when he brought me home a set of lefty clubs purchased from a friend who had decided to quit the game. I remember not being very interested at the time, but as is the story with many golfers, once I played my first round, I was hooked. I remember spending countless hours in the yard at home, imagining I was Greg Norman or Freddie or Nicklaus, pulling off the miracle shot to win the Masters.

This blog started as a golf/tech blog on Blogspot in July of 2004, was moved in 2009 to Squarespace and soon after began to focus on golf and tea. Still primarily a golf blog, I have become an avid tea drinker and decided to incorporate this passion as well (I can't talk golf year-round after all), providing the occasional commentary and education, mainly to tea newbies, as well as reviews on different kinds of tea and teaware.

I can never thank my Dad enough for introducing me to the game of golf. He never was much of a tea drinker, or a tech enthusiast. I came upon those passions on my own. Even though I currently have no children, I hope that I can use this blog to follow in his footsteps in a way, sharing my love for the game of golf, tea and tech with anyone who will listen.

Thanks for visiting my site, and enjoy your stay.
